Bangkok Trip Day 1

1) Well I had to admit that I was coming to this place with not much anticipation.
2) Anyway I kept telling myself to see the little things and enjoy myself.
3) Passed-by the shopping centre and the place I used to stay last year. The big and grand temple located in front of shopping centre where we prayed.
4) Many great memory here. Was about to sleep now. Good hotel.

The End of The World ... ... Which ended like any other movie

  1. So much of hypes and talk about the end of the world on 21st December 2012. As i am writing this blog at the early morning of 22nd December 2012, and you may notice that, there's electricity supply, internet line is stable, no problem for me to be safe at home typing this blog and obviously i am still alive.
  2. Some might even feel upset or letting down because the end never really arrived. Some felt cherish instead.
  3. For me, although the end of the world is not happening like the way in the disaster movie, at least it should ended something like a cartoon animation where the heroes saved the day, everybody live peacefully ever after. Hence the illusion that there's this team of human who went and save the earth for any possible meteor crash of alien invasion.
  4. This talk of the end of the world serve well as a reminder for all the people around the globe, that we are not in total control of our own life. There's much more things out there, be it the nature wonder, the alien in the universe, we may never know what is there that could impact our life. Whatever we can do is to cherish whatever we got now.
  5. Looking beyond this date, is Christmas and New Year. Everything should be back to norm i guess. Chaotic working life, lonely personal life with little spark of inspiration and daily chores. A new beginning or a restart might be an answer for many people who face challenges, hardship or things unwanted in life. For me, perhaps a re-start could be helpful too. To re-discover the path, and the happiness. This re-start do not actually follows the physical date, like 1st of January; it can be any other day, most importantly the mind and the heart must be together.
  6. The end is just another beginning~

A house or A home

  1. As the end of the year drew near, there're still many things that still yet to accomplished. The very first few things on the list are furnishing my home. After months of surveying the price for refrigerator, LED TV, sofa set, coffee table and TV cabinet; finally i had decided and started my shopping spree.
  2. The fridge and TV came earlier, and finally the sofa sets were delivered last weekends. Finally this house looks more like a home now. I can enjoy some cold drinks, while watching drama, relaxing on the sofa just like my home.
  3. This is my 7th month moving into this house. I am already getting used to it. This house had hosted many visitors. Many of my friends, my family member had came before.
  4. Recently 2 more people joined and became my housemates. My Form 6 friend, Su Ying and her husband moved in as they are currently posted in Seberang Jaya Hospital. It's been many years, i think around 5-6 years that we had not meet or contacted each other.
  5. Events of life is so unpredictable. No one will guess that we will meet again. Honestly, my memory of Su ying already faded, perhaps we are not so close friend back then, there's little that i can recall.
  6. Anyhow, what i am trying to stress and convey is, we cannot predict the future. Things happened and passed just like that. So we have to enjoy every moment.
  7. Having a friend as housemate is totally different. There's more noise, more talking at home. She will force me to clean the house more often now. Haha ... ... Having someone we know at home is really handy. I had never expected anyone of my knowing to move in ... ... god has it's plan and at this very chapter really help me a lot.

好一首歌;述说了人生多少的无奈;
有些道路就只能走一回;有些事情就只会发生那么一次;
告诉自己不要有后悔的空间,遗憾的机会;
什么事情,什么感想,什么愿望,什么地方;
还没做的;还没说的;还没达到的,还没去的;

Rainbow

  1. I am not too sure since when, perhaps ever since i moved to Penang, i fall in love with Rainbow. Whenever i see one hanging in the sky, i will felt excited instantly.
  2. A rainbow is a nature wonder, it's so precious as it was produced by chance and for a brief moment only.
  3. Every time i saw this nature wonder, it gave me a very positive energy. It's like seeing a light at the end of a tunnel. By chance, i had witnessed this two days in a row last week. Lucky Me~
  4. It's been a long week, and many things had happened. I had witnessed how vulnerable our life is and how little we can do and how helpless we are.
  5. Nevertheless, gathering our strength together and with a solid faith, we can face each turmoil and challenge in our life bravely. I hope these rainbow will give us extra strength, and makes us believe that, there's always hope and way to live happily.
  6. I do hope by sharing this pictures of rainbow to all my friends, hoping them to stay brave, stay positive and never give up to live a happy life.

祭文

没有任何人能够逃脱的命运;

付出了他的一生,成就了子女;
牺牲了自己,就只为了他人的幸福;

您的好,您的爱,您的笑;
您的关怀,您的细心,您的爱护;

一切的遗憾与不舍都已成过去;

Now or Never

  1. Today is the last day of October 2012. Based on the Mayan people 21st of December 2012 will be the end of the world; in other words, a new era will be started.
  2. What If the Mayan was right ? We have less than 2 months to live by. What will we be doing now if we know that the time is running out?
  3. Ever wonder about this scenario? The end of life, the end of the end.
  4. How much things we are left to regret with? What are the things that we always wanted to do but have never put ourselves together to carry it out? Our passion? Our hobby? Our wishes?
  5. Are we happy? Do we smile enough to others and to ourselves? Have we told and showed to our loves one, how much they meant for us?
  6. Is there anymore regret that we have? That we have not experience something, have not witness beautiful sun rise and sun set, rainbow in the drizzling days, full moon hanging in a windy night.
  7. We have been taking our life for granted too often. We believed that we have all the time under the sun to spare with. We trusted that everything will be there sitting around waiting for us to get hold of it whenever we wish to.
  8. Thinking of which to live with so much of regrets and to die with so much of sorrow is really heart aching.
  9. We can only cherish whatever is present now, we can recall the past but it is already over, we can look forward for the future but who can be sure that it will be there the next day.
  10. To fall asleep each night, and to wake up automatically the next morning, it is a special blessing and gift from God. We can never ask for it, we can never control it, we can never foreseen it either.
  11. We have to cherish now, whatever we have, things and people around us. That is why we call the a gift as present.

NEW MEMBER JOINED ~

1) Today Morning, one angel knock on our doorsteps and has decided to join our family. We are all joyed and happy to welcome her.

2) She was born healthy at 2.95kg. Her mom is doing well too as you can see from the picture beside.

3) We are all expecting her arrival only at the end of October, and Surprise Everyone~ Here She Come. My mom and dad were officially grandparents, they are all overwhelmed.

4) My mom was saying something funny today, she said this baby is rushing, she is rushing to carry lantern to celebrate this Mid Auturm Festival.

5) We all really more than happy to welcome your arrival. You were borne in a family where your mom and dad are doctors. Your grandparents are all very excited to give you a welcome hug. Your uncles and aunties are already all awaiting for your arrival long time ago.
6) You have a great grandmother, she loves kid. You will be spoilt by her. And not forgetting, my dad who is your grandpa, he will spoilt you too. Be prepared.
7) We pray for your healthiness, that you will be blessed with all the happiness and a healthy body.
8) Last but not least, welcome on-board, Adele.

How Vulnerable Life Is~

  1. This month, at the end of the month, it was quite a depress and sad month.
  2. Last week, out of sudden received her whatsapp message, sounded really urgent and desperate. It's a bad news; her dad was diagnosed with Liver Cancer. This was really sudden as her dad was just complaining upper abdomen pain, and here it is; the unbearable truth.
  3. Everyone was very concern about her situation and her dad. Her brothers and herself were all worried. We all wished to do something but we do not know what is there for us to help up or to do. What left is only paranoid, and sense of uneasiness.
  4. This is a last stage Primary Liver Cancer, of course, for more detail information we have to wait till the biopsy result out this coming Friday. Based on preliminary information, there's no cure for this cancer at this stage, there's no chemotherapy possibility. Doctor only recommended an ONCO drugs, to stop the liver cancer cells from affecting the healthy ones. This is a fairly expensive ones, RM25k a month, 2+8 packages which will be around RM5k per month.
  5. There's this herbs called Sabah Snake Grass. People was all talking about this miracle herb which helps many others to cure their cancer. We went all out to search for this grass, this grass is commercially available. Nevertheless, we are looking for a more convenient and easy availability of this grass. Her dad had been ingesting this grass for nearly a week now. We really hope that everything will go well for him and praying hard that this herb will help to cure him.
  6. During the search of some related information about the cancer and alternative treatment; i had found this blog by a last stage kidney cancer patient. He's from Subang, diagnosed with cancer in year 2009. I roughly went through his blog for about 1 hour. It's all about his path to fight against cancer. It all started in 11th September 2009 and it all ended in 11th September 2012. A glorious fight for 3 years after giving up the chemotherapy.
  7. I was really touched and really touched to read his fight against cancer. The pain, the agony, the sleepless and restless night. He kept remain positive even till the very end. The fight is not over yet~ He was claiming it in his blog. He fought long and hard. His spirit shall live in everyone who reads his blog.
  8. Here i wish to share with the thoughts he left in his last post :
  9. Clinging to life against the inevitable is to create more suffering
There is no life without death
The good and bad comes to decay
All things shall come to pass.

Do not waiver your mind when the test is near
    Hold steadfast in your believes
When the road forth is no more
Embrace with grace that the end is near.
  10. A very sad POEM indeed. But this is the reality, we all have to face it with bravery.
  11. To deal with the death, the friend of him left a POEM as below: which i thought worth sharing and our time to read it.
  12. He is Gone

You can shed tears that he is gone,
Or you can smile because he lived,
You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back,
Or you can open your eyes and see all that he has left.

Your heart can be empty because you can't see him
Or you can be full of the love that you shared,
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.

You can remember him and only that he is gone
Or you can cherish his memory and let it live on,
You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back,
Or you can do what he would want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on.

    (poem by David Harkins)

    May him rest in peace.

MERDEKA DAY - MALAYSIA DAY

  1. I must admit that when i was young, i truly didn't understand the reason for having a Malaysia Day and Merdeka Day. We all are aware that, Merdeka Day is the day where Later Tunku Abdul Rahman declared our independence on Dataran Merdeka, and Malaysia Day is the official date that Sabah and Sarawak joined the Peninsular forming Malaysia.
  2. I do not understand much the passion behind to celebrate these days, no until recently. I am glad that i had this once in a life change to join the parade on the Merdeka Day to walk past our leaders and foreign country icon during our 50th National day. This year, i joined fellow Malaysian to Bukit Jalil in the night to celebrate this memorable day.
  3. I may never understand the hardship we had during the Japanese Occupation, the British ruling time and the chaos we were left with during the MPAJA time. I may never cherish the freedom that we have now, standing proud as a Malaysian with identity, dignity and great history. I may never know all of this until we lost it one day.
  4. Ever since Year 2008 where the opposition gain so much that 5 states ( Pinang, Perak, Kedah, Selangor and Kelantan) fallen into their hands, the poli-ticking never stops. BN and Pakatan was fighting in the media, their supported via the internet, rumours, black-mail, court summons; its never ending. This year, that pro-claimed to be the most hyped year, where the election maybe around the corner, we had many different theme for National Day celebration, right from the states to the federal level.
  5. Many have forgotten, that personal interest and party interest should never come before national interest. In tasking time, where the economics are still recovering, and yet facing many uncertainty, we should be united, standing proud and face the challenge.
  6. Day in and out we are hearing people complaining this and that, condemn the government and the country, condemn our society, condemn other races and everything under the sun. In any situation, we have our choices, we can flee; migrating to other country and be the REAL 2nd or 3rd class citizens there; or we can fight; by joining political party, NGO or be a very responsible citizen to be pro-active on the issue that has national interest; or we can continue to sit in the coffee shop and brag and waste our saliva, making unnecessary remarks that do not help at all.
  7. Many youngsters do not love their country enough, to them, the luxury of freedom, the unity among different races in Malaysia, and most of all the safety and sense of security that we are enjoying now is an absolute. Everything comes with a price. Our ancestors suffered and fought hard for it. The thoughts of changing national flags and songs were absolutely irrelevant and heart-aching.
  8. After 55 years of independence, after 49 years of forming Malaysia we should had been mature enough to know, there's no more you; me; or him. It's US now, it's down to us, WE as a whole. Our action now will determine whether our future generation will continue to enjoy whatever we are enjoying right now.

3) I miss this part of my life a lot. :-)

Witnessing The Moment of Life

Koh Li Pe Withdraw

1) Finally we are here and it's the third day of our long awaited holiday.

2) Blue sky, white sandy beach, crystal clear baby blue sea and fun. All that one may ask for.

3) 10 of us, Chua, Eeleen, Karen, I Ai, Ting Xuan, Woon Hui, Lih, Kooi Wei, Mei Xian, and myself joined this trip.

4) Everyone was longing for this vacation and expressed their excitement when we touched down here. We has our time to rest well, catch every chance to crack prank and share jokes whenever we are sitting and gather around.

5) The atmosphere here is very relaxing. Everyone was so joyed.

KEMAN14-Kuala Kubu Baru

  1. KEMAN 14 was held last week, whereby the previous KEMAN 13 was two years ago. I recalled memories whereby a bunch of us from 10th College joined KEMAN12, i brought Brendon in together, it was 4 years ago. In KEMAN 13, i introduced to my friend Sharon and Yee Ching; and this year, i will not be introducing to anyone, just me joining with others this time.
  2. It was a golden opportunity for us to catch up with each other. As i am all the way up in Penang, it's very meaningful for me to gather with others through this camp. The feeling of joining a camp was special and it helps me recalled memories of many other camps which i had joined before in my university days.
  3. This time around, the no. of participants are lesser, around 32 person, nevertheless with much of respect, the quality of participants this time around are much better. They have no problem been involved in serious discussion in topics like Economics, Environmental Issues, Country relations, and also the unity among fellow Malaysians.
  4. The hottest topic for every KEMAN was always secular school vs vernacular school. Of course, i truly believed that, the way we interact with different races heavily dependent on our parents, our community and our education background. There were many ways to promote unity among different races but i guess by re-structuring the education system, the impact will be largest and the best.
  5. There were many problems behind all this transformation. As a Chinese, i would say the willingness of we Chinese to let go the vernacular Chinese School System is almost impossible. Same goes for Malay to let go their special privilege pledged under our Constitution.
  6. To gain something, we may have to loose something. People might argue that, Chinese will loose a lot, that same applies to other races. If the Chinese and Indian willingly to let go their secular schools, and the Malays willing to open UITM and Matriculation to every Malaysian, we might be able to build something from there. Again, as i was writing this statement, my guts somehow is.... this is just pure madness and impossible things to achieve.
  7. Very much to my surprise, around 30% of the undergraduates who joined KEMAN 14 felt that, they are willing to let-go the mother tongue education for the course of Malaysian Unity.
  8. Perhaps, the time will come whereby there's no need for any policies amendment, due to the Macro-environment factor, parents might prefer one from another, vernacular school been less favoured, the national school is transformed and been a better option. Perhaps, that time we can see a situation where all the children of our countries play under one roof, there's no more differences in skin colour, there's no more differences in me and you.
  9. Malaysia, our country and our home. We pray for the best for our country. Although realistically, the wildest dream will not come true, but that's the path where every Malaysians who loved the country should be pursuing.

Matta Fair Penang 2012

Thank You My Friend

  1. I took leave (my first leave of the year) as two of my best friends Sharon (Turtle) and Yee Ching (Girafe) came to pay me a visit in Penang.
  2. Well it was a tiring 3 days trip yet fun. I picked them up from the airport on friday morning and then we went to have super long You Tiao and Laksa in Ayer Itam. After that, we went to Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion. We were really lucky to catch the schedule tour and the tour guide is Ms. Laurance, one of the owner of the Architecture Firm who in-charge of the restoration and preservation here.
  3. After that, we went to the Fort Cornwallis, the weather was so hot that we then decided to go to Gurney Plaza for a movie titled Madagascar 3 : Europe Most Wanted. We had some good laugh there. Our dinner first stop was in Lebuh Chulia, really nice Wan Tan Mee, Curry Mee and side dish like the Carrot Cake and Sesame Dough stuff with peanuts in powder form.
  4. And then, we went to the Burma Road, to have the famous Green House Hokkien Mee. After the HORRIBLE dinner ( we were all full) we went to sight-seeing in Straights Quay. Showing them one of the most happening place in island (other than Gurney Paragon). We walked around the quay side, and talking nonsense all the way.
  5. After that, it was a car tour to Batu Ferringhi, it was unfortunate that the pool and beach side of Hard Rock Hotel was close for the night. We took some photos and finally i drop them back to their hotel. (Tune Hotel)
  6. I had to work on Saturday morning, hence they took their own breakfast, went to Dr. Sun Yat Set Memorial Museum; and waited me in Starbucks. I had many things to look after in factory, and some minor argument with the manager, yet that should not deter my holiday mood with them.
  7. After pick them up, we went to have lunch in Lorong Selamat, Char Kuey Teow. What a hearty meal, because i had bought an extra Otak; and the Otak taste really horrible, Sharon decided to give it to the beggar who approached us.
  8. We went for another car trip to Batu Ferrighi, Telok Bahang, Balik Pulau and Teluk Kumbar before  we fetch Wooi Nee's mom from airport. We were really lucky that to witness the Dragon Boat Race in Telok Bahang Water Dam. The race just started minutes after we reached. After some photo session, we went on to Balik Pulau.
  9. After fetching Wooi Nee's Mom, we supposed to take the Ferry back to the mainland, i miss the turning up the highway, end up we had to use the ' old ' way. We encounter the temple parade, it was a real long one. At the end, we gave up and use the bridge instead to continue our journey back Butterworth.
  10. TomYam Noodle shop in Raja Uda was especially crowded that night, we had our hearty meal, before we started our car trip to Bukit Mertajam and Autocity. As all of us were exhausted, and Sharon ( Abby) kept falling asleep in the car, we back to our house to retire as soon as possible.
  11. Second day Morning started with a breakfast in Taman Inderawasih, the famous Kuey Teow Soup. After that, we took the ferry back to the island and to the Penang Hill straight.
  12. It was all crowded that, many new things, like new food court, owl museum, new stage there as compared when i last visited with Syn yin and friends, last year September.
  13. After a short one, we went to Ayer Itam to buy some local delicacies. Our final destination before going to the air-port was Durian Break at the road side in Jalan Paya Terubong.
  14. I was sad to see them off, but i shall not allow that to express out. It was usual, and always been that case. I just do not like to see people off.
  15. A short 3 days trip here, and i sincerely hope that both Sharon and Yee Ching were happy and enjoy themselves. This trip will surely hold up a special place in my memory for a long long time.
  16. I didn't thank them personally, but i really wish to say, i really appreciate your visit and time with me here. God knows how many opportunity left for this kind of trip, with friend who are so close with me, nobody can tell and nobody are sure either. I appreciate it, a lot.

Chapter N: Growing Up VS Getting Older

  • Two weeks ago, my life is kind of miserable, i was thinking for a breakaway, hence i sneak back to KL and stay over at Chua's place.
  1. It was rather a late decision as i did not buy the bus ticket earlier. In the end, i have to take the 11pm bus back KL. Luckily Chua was there to fetch me.
  2. I helped him up in the 1 Malaysia Center in the morning. Me, Eeleen and Lih went to walk around in Tropicana City Mall. Help Eeleen to dye her hair (supervising); most of the job done by Ting Xuan and Soo Shean.
  3. Later in the night, we had dinner in Lan Je " Sister Lan". Finally i got the chance to dine in this famous restaurant in Damansara, near Sunway Giza. This restaurant served "非洲鱼" steamed with soysauce and chili-padi. Taste really good and fresh, each have their own share of fish.

Guilty

1) I was guilty for a major mistake I made in my work. I felt upset, regretful and dissapointed of myself.
2) Now, what I should do is to regain the confident of myself and also confident of others.
3) Things are not going really well on my side. I knew this feeling of guilt will be haunting me for a long period. I cannot undone the wrong decisions regardless how much I wish to.
4) I need to build on my mistake. To analyse my wrong action, why, what and how. I have to gather myself together to restart my journey.
5) I knew it is important to learn the lesson and move on with it. I need to brace myself. I wouldn't want to surrender the battle nor the war. I nee's support, I need advice, and I need wisdom to overcome this challenge.

Family and Friend

  1. Last weekends i was back to KL to celebrate Mother's Day. It's been a while, about 2 months since i last back to KL.
  2. Of course the primary aim is to have some family time. On the night i am driving back, i had to fetch my parents from the airport, they just had their vacation in Bali, Indonesia.
  3. It is high time for us to organize a family trip again, it's been a while too. Perhaps this time, a few additional family member will join together. My sister had a baby girl, by October our family will have another member. It's joyful, i can foreseen that.
  4. My senior Chua was as usual busy with political work, his One Malaysia Center in Lembah Pantai was officially open on the Saturday. By chance, i went to help him up early in the morning. The local community can filled up the form and collect Brands chicken essence. There were many people and the response was really good.
  5. I took the chance to fetch Chu Hui back to her apartment. We chat a bit and she showed me around her new place.
  6. I had a simple dinner with Mom and Dad in the coffee shop and then went to Station One for the YamCha session with others. We played some game and chit chatting, spending some wonderful time.
  7. The next day, i went to pray in Thean Hou Temple, and then we went to celebrate Mother's Day. We had lunch in Damansara Jaya Choong Kee Claypot Chicken Rice. The taste is still that good. Sister bought a cake for mom. We were all in tears after singing song " Shi Shang Zi You Ma Ma Hou" Mom is the only best person in the world. Touching Moment.
  8. After having afternoon tea with Chee Jian and Ze Keng, i started my journey back Penang.
  9. Meaningful weekends with friends and family.

A rest, badly need it

1) Transsion period is always difficult. The fact that I am facing both in my working life and personal life is more difficult.

2) I am seriously tired to deal with all the household thingy. Somehow i am not enjoying the overall process at all. It is tedious, very tasking on my mind and my energy level.

3) Somehow I cannot dig deep into my reserve for more energy to handle all of this.

4) This is a great challenge for me. I mean to face the things that I do not like to deal with at all.

5) Often times things always do not goes as planned, sub-contractor failed to turn up, the job is unsatisfactory, the do not deliver their promise, people giving empty promises all the time.

6) I am furious but I do not wish to turn my temper on them. I wish for a solution. A peaceful one, as much as possible.

7) There are still many things yet, house painting, CCTV, unpack my things, to buy curtain, some furniture, arrangement of the delievery of my bed. Looking for tenants who had actually broke his promise to rent my previous apartment.

8) I need a refreshment before my job will drown me with all the works; together with the pressure from my house, I will be totally collapse then. A rest is very muh needed.

First Night

1) This is my very first night here. After a long 2.5 months of preparation, and finally my new house is 'about' ready.

2) It was really tasking and tiring when I have to hurry the preogress of my house and also focusing and delivering on my job.

3) Many challenges that I had to encounter for this new house. It really does challenge my ability to manage, to plan, to execute, to handle situation, to adapt the stress, most of all it is multiple multi- tasking.

4) Yet, there were still some pending issue to settle. For example to repaint part of the wall, CCTV and alarm, awning and grill and lastly to clean and furnish the house.

5) This is a day to remember. A fresh new page in my personal history. More to come, better than ever.

Last Few Nights

1) Things are all planned. Auto- gate, alarm and CCTV, kitchen cabinet, electrical work and electrical appliances, touch up job on the grill and awning, arrangement for people to clean the house, renting out my current room, buying the necessary equipments and tools.

2) I will try my best so that things will go accordingly. I know somehow something might go wrong some where but I am sure that I need to be flexible enough to adapt the change.

3) My nights are numbered here. There used to be a bird nest next to my window. It was there from December last year until recently I removed it.

4) I saw little egg inside the nest in December, and then in february or so the nest become noisy and only in early April I see some young birds learning to fly.

5) I removed the nest two weeks ago as i needs to rent the room out, a good image is necessary. This week the birds came back three times to re-build the nest.

6) The first day, I throw the nest away, when I got back from work here is the nest again. Surely it cost the two bird the whole afternoon. Sadly I have to remove it. The next day, when I am back, a smaller nest was found. I didn't realise there are two birds inside. As I am approaching to throw the nest, the two birds got scared and fly away. I had decided to close the window smaller, but who knows the nest is back again today.

7) So sorry birdie, I can no longer have you as my roomate, I need to move already. I wish that you guys can have a better place then. I will have to remove your nest again.

8) As my life is really gear up with work and house renovation, I was really at a low. Somehow, i saw rainbow two weeks in a row. It was a really big and half circle rainbow.

9) Well, needless to say the instance I saw the rainbow, the feeling was fantastic. I truly fall in love on it. A true natural beauty. Something we cannot buy nor ask for. It's all an event of chance.

10) Thank you god. Yes, I got the message. I will work harder. I will be better. I can do it. Wish to share this feeling to all of my friends, I pray for them, wishing everyone to have more positive energy in their life.

Counting Down

  1. Many things are happening this few weeks, i do not have time to write a blog until the mid of April.
  2. As usual, my job is still ever demanding, i work hard to full-fill my task, but my boss still do not see the efforts and was complaining that i didn't perform up to his requirement.
  3. I guess more communication and understanding between us is necessary, as i am working till my brain is about to explode but still cannot match boss expectation?! Perhaps i am working in a wrong direction.
  4. My new house is about to be ready. In two weeks time, i will need to move in no matter what, as i have rented my current room out from May on-wards.
  5. Current pending issue is CCTV and Alarm works, Kitchen Cabinet, Auto-gate installation and wiring, electrical appliances appliances installation. Meanwhile, sub other pending matter is the grille which block the emergency exit (window), i will need to ask the contractor to modify the grille so that the exit is not blocked. Other minor matter will be the bed, the curtain and also to clean the house.
  6. There are many things that need to be settle but i will take it one by one, as everything can be planned.
  7. In two weeks time i will move away from this rented room. Exactly 20 months, 1.5 years i had stayed here, it was much longer that any of the room i stayed before during university days. Time really flying and i have a lot of catch up need to do.
  8. Maybe i will miss here a lot, nice room, nice view and the feeling when i first started to stay here.
  9. I am going to move into a new phase of my life, when i moved out from here. More commitment, older, wiser. Hopefully everything will be ever wonderful and nice.

Back In Subang

1) After 6 weeks and again I am back here to recharge my battery.

2) It's kinda busy actually as I had planned many gatherings, meeting up people and things to do over the weekends.

3) For instance, I met with Juny and new introduced friend, Cannex for breakfast, then I went to meet up with Ai Lin to view the sample of the bed, later on I met up with Rhu Jan, we went to shop for lights in Puchong. After having a tea break with her, I went to PJ looking for chu hui and show her the way to Immigration Department in Kelana Jaya. Finally I met with Melisa and we went to have a yam cha session in Asia Cafe with Melvin, Hang Chuan, I Ai and Lih.

3) Imagine how many things I had done; really tiring. Tomorrow one very last thing to do is to shop in IKEA. I had slightly plan for what to buy, hence there shouldn't be any problem. Just hope that I do not get dizzy with it.

4) This is the first time that Chu Hui asked for my help to show her the way. Nothing much had changes between us, we are still a bit not used to each other, felt cold at times but we tried to keep the chatting going.

5) I appreciate God for giving me this chance again to meet her in such a short time frame. If we are not meant to be together; at least we can be the best of friend. That was my one last wish.

6) Many more happy life awaiting me. I am looking forward to it.

29-02-12

  1. Every four years, there will be a leap year. God is fair, everyone get an extra day, extra 24 hours, extra 1,440 minutes, extra 86,400seconds.
  2. I had came across an article in the paper, the author encourage the youngster to spend the extra day wisely, he separated the 24 hours into few segments where one can go register as voter, help the community, do charity, help the elderly, let oneself relax for a while, or learn something like guitar, singing etc. The activities are cumulative as in, not that we need to carry out all this activity in a day but can be spread out over the week or two.
  3. This had inspired me into writing this blog post. I spend my 29/2/2012 mostly doing office work. Working from morning till now, still in office. Anyway, after writing this blog, i will be on my way back home, thinking what's for dinner, or maybe supper.... perhaps in between a movie sounds good.
  4. I wish everyone can cherish the time that we have, take every minutes and seconds as our last for we will not know what lies ahead; maybe we will never have the chance to experience something twice.
  5. The idea here is to spend every moment wisely and cherish every moment. We shall not take ourselves for granted. Live the life ... ... feel the life ... ... experience the life ... ...
  6. I am busy with my job, really busy with it, also busy scouting and searching for ideas for my new house. I wish to have started doing something on the house, but the office hour kills all my available free time. Hopefully i can plan my time wisely to dedicate for both my task as a good employee and also been able to cater for my home preparation.
  7. Wishing everyone Happy Leap Year~ ahha ... i wonder what i will be and how i will become in another 4 years to come.... i could still remember i was asking Sharon to celebrate Leap Year during our lunch in 12th college canteen 4 years ago. She told me, everyday is special, as it only comes once in our life time. Truthful enough ...

The CHUA - LIM debate

Picture from Left to Right: CSL, TAC, LGE

  1. The much anticipated debate between MCA President Datuk Seri Dr. Chua Soi Lek and Penang Chief Minister and also DAP Secretary General, Yang Berhomat Lim Guan Eng finally was held on yesterday.
  2. I joined the crowd in the Dian Xin Cheng in Bukit Mertajam. The atmosphere was really happening. Everyone was waiting to hear what the leaders going to say and to witness this historic moment.
  3. Of course, the outcome of the debate was, we will not know who's better, or is MCA or DAP serving the people better, most importantly, we know the winner is us, the Rakyat. Picture below showing a shopping center in Batu Pahat.
  4. The moderator Mr. Tang Ah Chai who is the CEO of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall is a man who i really admire and respect. He has the composure and attitude, the insight and the knowledge to weather the political struggle of malaysian, our social problem and the economic crisis.
  5. He addressed in the end of the debate, asking us, to have to courage to speak up but also have the heart to listen to the oppose opinion. With this intellectual ways of communicating and discussion, that's the only way for us to progress.
  6. It's a high time for us, Malaysians to beyond our beliefs and skin colours. We are Malaysians and we are proud of been one.
  7. We should be more constructive in our manner and our action. For the better future of ourselves and generation to come.

1) Finally I had collected my house key from thr developer today. My very first house, a home soon, on this Valetines Day.

2) The timing was so right that It helps me to remember and recall on this day in the future.

3) A long list of things are all awaiting me to sort out, arrange and to carry out. Cleaning the house, installation and light renovation is all in plan.

4) Seems like my schedule will he very tight if I was to plan to stay in my new house by end of March.

5) Talking about my gathering with my fellow 10th college friends. It was such a meaningful one to have everyone getting together, share some jokes and catching up on each other.

6) I bought a very beautiful flower for you.

I was sad and it was a regret that I cannot pass it to your hand personally. I hope that we could have chat and share some feelings and thoughts.

Tick Tock Tick Tock

  1. At the age of 27, everything around me like moving really fast. We are not talking about houses, career, cash, investment, tour around the world, but also about getting marry, having a family or additional family members.
  2. At the age of 27, we are learning and realize the gap between reality and dream. Things are not always as perfect and as much as we wished. We need to learn and adapt, to accommodate ourselves with what we can afford and what we have.
  3. We are on a learning curve just that suddenly if there's too much WANT, then the curve will be really steep; if we walk or climb too slow we will fall behind, if we climb fast, but others are faster, we will fall behind also.
  4. Without realizing, we are all fall into the rat-race. Making ends meet, trying and working even harder for whatever material or social enjoyment that we wish for.
  5. I will be getting my house key real soon. The monthly installments will come-by, money need to be spend on the house-hold thing, the decorative, and other minor renovation.
  6. I wonder at the age of 28 / 29 / 30 ... what and who will i be. Just another year to come, the responsibility and the life experience will be very different. This phase of life we called in metamorphism.

Water Dragon Year

  1. Everything seems so normal and familiar, i could still recalled memories of previous years, and many years ago. During my days after my SPM, i remembered i was back earlier to help up my grandma to clean the house in Perak. I spent a few days, bored in the house, waiting for my family and relative to come back.

  2. This year Chinese New Year everything seems so usual, except that we have a new family member, my nephew Nicholas Wong. Chinese New Year meant nothing more than a family gathering. A special festive seasons where all our family members and relatives get together and have a little chit-chat and catch up with each other.
  3. I am awaiting for my mom and dad who will only be arriving Perak tomorrow morning. Hopefully this is a good year for me and my family.
  4. I thought of you very often. I had a little talk with Kooi Wei and Zhe Keng yesterday night. We talk about how much and how to prepare for wedding as Zhe Keng's wedding is on the coming march. I felt that getting married is something really serious, something that one need to have serious thinking and responsibility. Furthermore, the responsibility involve, and the changes that may occur on ourselves and our family is something that unavoidable.
  5. Everyone needs to make sacrifice and set own priorities when juggling the events of our life.
  6. I had many things to tell you, i have feelings at time that i would like to share with you, i really do wish to share every precious moment of my life with you, sadly, i went speechless everything i met you. I am over- worried, over-concern of you and your feeling, i am afraid that i might make you felt bored, felt hatred or even anger on me. I am just too paranoid that i am all dumb and numb in front of you.
  7. I never know what is playing up your mind? What do you really want? I just know that we need to have more conversation, more dialogues, more connection in order to bring our gap altogether.
  8. I need to braise myself for the challenge, to tell you again, how i felt and how i think that we should move on. I got an omen from Thean Hou Temple during my last visit there. The omen told so, Dragon and Tiger are not along, and not meant together, why do we want to try so hard and make them together? I hope this do not actually point to our relationship.
  9. I sincerely hope that you will be happier in this coming year, know your aim and purpose of life, love yourself more and enjoy your life well. Hoping that our nation economy and politic will be better, friends and family are all happy, health and prosperous.
  10. Happy Water Dragon Year~

YEAR 2012 ... Another Year Older

  1. This will be my 4th Year blogging. I thought this is a really good way to record and to keep track of my life, the important event, experience, feelings, people, thoughts of sudden, memory, and most of all, about me.
  2. My dad told me to be more mature, as in, to take care of myself, have control, have measure, have thoughts about my life, as i am already 27 years old already. This is rather heavy for me, time is really catching up fast, my youngest brother already 23 years old, my mom and dad is getting older, my eldest sister got married last year, i will be officially with a house commitment come 2012, things are really progressing and moving forward.
  3. After a fair trip in Lake Toba, Indonesia, so much so that i had expected, no doubt the Lake Toba has magnificent view, very breath-taking, amazing that how wonder had created such beautiful Volcanic lake. Nevertheless, the development in the Parapat Town, Medan and also the basic infrastructure especially the road is below par.
  4. My wish for 2012 is for all my family and friends to have a good health and happy all the time. I also hope that our country will have a more stable political landscape come the next coming general election. I hope that our country can achieve good growth in all area, socially, economically and also getting the edge to make it to become a develop nation by year 2020.
  5. I am very much looking forward for the coming Chinese New Year. More gathering with friends, spending the time with family. For that many things will only pass by once, or maybe never again, so i must cherish as much as i can.
