Calm Before Storm

1) Suppose to have class this Saturday and the class was rescheduled and so there's an extra free weekends for me. I was trying to go to places where I seldom patron. At the end, after borrowing a book from Inti Library and chatting with the MBA clerk; I had some food near the masjid Negeri street hawkers and now end up in the Starbucks of Burma Road in New World Park.
2) Life without assignment and revision, I wonder how do I manage to waste my time previously, especially the weekends and weekdays. I spend every night on the last weekdays watching movies and Running Man; this weekends, I plan to do some pre-revision hence I went to Library to borrow a book on Corporate Finance. Haha, I really wonder how much will I be reading after all. Maybe this is just to help me felt less guilty.
3) There are a few youngsters here siting alone in one corner, paying attention to their work, well I guess it will be some kind of home works or assignments. Hmm...soon it will be my turn and this time it will be something really intense as I will be taking three subjects in this upcoming semesters. Other then the exceptional amount of work, my wallet is also bleeding as it cost me RM7k ++ to pay for three subjects.
4) I have some sort of figuring out the problem that I had since the turn of the year. It was the dissatisfaction and stress yield from my job that causes so much of unrest and tension within me. It is purely not money or pay oriented, it is more about satisfaction and job fulfillment, which I am lacking, No offense I realize that I am working with a bunch of animals, as their modus operandi is always about picking up fight, threatening, scolding and provoking other people. I truly agree that everyone born with a kind and good heart and I agrees that stresses and pressure from life will alter our atitudes and characters.
5) We cannot put fire to fire and channeling all the negativity around the company although we know that the pressure receives is unbearable at times. The failure to use our wisdom and experience to handle such situations will only cause the people around us and ourselves in a never ending bad cycles, like the law of kharma.
6) A fresh start is imminent, and the question now is on the timing and seizing the opportunity. Currently I am not open up to the opportunity as I think that the timing is not right yet. Soon that I will start to seize the wide opportunity out there and I hope that I can do myself justice and prove my worth  when the time has come.
7) Tomorrow is Mother 's Day , one of the most widely celebrated event over the world. As I am getting older and wiser, I started to understand more on the sacrifices my mom and dad had made for all of us. They had sacrifice their dream, their time and so much of love was pour down to us to ensure that we grow up happily and healthy. Wishing us to have a good career and life is always their dream and prayer for us. We can just never repay them enough.
8) Family is one special unit in the society, and it is build on love which is hardly describe and explain precisely by words. In conjunction with the Mother's Day I wish both my parents happy retiring and may they are blessed with good health and happiness. It is a bit regret as I could not return home for celebration but I am expecting to have a holiday break with them during the festive break in the month of July.

Memory of The Land of Borneo

1) Ironically every moments, experience, the people and the place has their lapses in life. Often times we felt that the sweet and good one ended too quickly whereas the bitter and bad one takes forever to finish.
2) This trip to KK Sabah is a good recall on my previous Sabah experience. The good Malaysians spirit whereby people do not really judge you by skin colors, the warm welcome by the locals, the seafood, and local delights.
3) A good trip with my friends, Sharon and YeeChing, who both renamed after Judy and Julie by me for no apparent reasons. The plane bound to Penang is calling for boarding now. I shall resume blogging.
4) The two crew on board started to talk in Hokkien between them. To my surprise I felt warm and felt at home instantly as I overheard the hokkien; How adaptive is human as I am a HockChew, raised up in an mandarin and Cantonese speaking community and now I am fairly relate and associate myself with Hokkien dialect.
5) This Sabah trip was as significant as the trip to Singapore back then in last December. Precious outing with my two good friend. I ought to say there's some changes to all of us as compared with their trip down to Penang two years ago. Of course there bound to be, each of us are developing and venturing to new things in life, gaining life experiences as we kept on discovering and shaping our true self.
6) One will be naive to think that there 's actually anything that can last forever both quantitatively and qualitatively. Yet, there are these things called memory which will actually last as long as one could remember it. A long lasting memory requires something with significant impact to create certain degree of chemical reaction for a strong creation memory, things like a bad experiences with theft or robbery, the moment of receiving present, loosing the loves one or proposing to someone we love. All these bound to be the moment be it good or bad that we can hardly forget.
7) Again, the whole purpose of writing down these details especially on the feeling is to help me remember it.
8) Judy had started her new life, I can see she immersed herself in her new relationship. Although I have never told her how well I wish her, but god has open up a much wider door for her. I pray for her happiness for the future to come. She had maintained her kind heart and her preserverence on the good things in life is all inspiring. I think she definitely had thrived really hard, as much and as hard as possible with the help from God to face the challenges and letting go her past while not comprising on things that she believe in.
9) Julie shared her shocking cross country , or a much appropriate term to use is the cyber-dating relationship which ended recently. She had gained enormously from this relationship such as believing the unbelievable and of course leanrning and venturing a different self who brace uncertainty and believe in infinite capability as she had showed on handling the relationship and her challenges now in Sabah. It's not easy as I observered but she had proven especially to her old self. She is there to outbeat and set new personal records.
10) The memory of snorkeling in Manukan Island, starbucking in Central Plaza, two movies session i.e. Spider man 2 and Brick mansion, the Kundasang mountain retreat, and the sunset in Tanjung Aru.
11) I am glad to be able to catch up with them. I knew my problem, my dilemma, and the challenges ahead. I had tried my best to enjoy this trip as much as possible and yet there's a regret that things are just keep on playing in my mind and I know I have to face it no matter what.
12) Where and when can me have such a trip again...times are ticking ... We can only cherish the moment.

The Long Awaited Holiday

1) Finally the long awaited holiday... ... In LCCT now awaiting flight bound to Kota Kinabalu. My mom and Dad dropped me here. Well it might be something normal for many people but it brought special meaning for me. It is never a usual scenario where both my parents can send me off as before their retirement, either one of them have to take care of the coffee shop and most probably I will be taking public transport or get a leave from my friend.
2) First I would like to recap a bit regarding my final exam. Two paper in a day, one in the morning another in the afternoon; it wasn't that easy actually but I know I can handle it with the experience from STPM. Crazy thing actually, to write continuously for two hours for 12pages. Two paper in a day and that is a total of 24pages.
3) The first blue pen I bought a sentimental value pen, run out of ink after writing for 3 pages, my spare pen also wanna retired after another 7pages of writing. My hand start aching actually as I am writing the second page of my second paper. Now, you really call it write till your hand sore. There's no time to stop and think actually, I just have to write and write and write. Honestly , to write 12 pages in 120mins , I means that 10minutes per page, I thought that is the maximum speed for now. If I was to write 14pages,  it means that there is 8.57 mins per page; possible but the brain and hand sync need to be really great.
4) The last time I returned to Subang was during the CNY holiday; Nearly 3months ago. My priority is always to stay at home as much as possible. Well of course I also tried to meet a few of my friends, like Chee Jian, Chua, Mel, Eeleen, Jan, Zhang Xin and Suria. Mission very much accomplished. I would say I really miss home. It's almost four years that I had left KL; I am planning to transfer back to KL for good, the questions here is only left with when and what. When refers to the timing and What refers to the job and field that will be lining up next for me.
5) Seeing my parents growing older day by day, I was thinking that it is important for me to stay with them, perhaps not physically staying together but to be able to visit them more often. Big questions that I have there but planning ahead is essential to see things thru smoothly and accordingly.
6) Next semester which is going to start immediately the week after, I will be taking three modules. Of course there's question on the ability to handle it. I guess that will be the challenge then; the fight still has to go on.
7) Supposed to touch down at 530pm later, the last I came Sabah will be three and a half years ago. Time really fly passed without us realizing it. Hence, I always would like to remind myself to cherish the present, moment spend with mom and dad, friends, studies, working; be it good or bad, sweet, sour or bitter experience; it will be part of me, my life and the details of my journey. Leaves no regret.
8) Let's enjoy the balance of my holiday before another round of stiff challenge.
