The Result

1) Heart rushing, adrenaline was pumping as the VP is announcing the group that would be the winner of thi competition. From his dialogue and drilling, we sincerely thought we will be the one. 

2) Eventually, what he had described is not our group and hence the regret and sadness start to take control for a moment. Our group had performed good but may not be as good as the winner in terms of the insight as well as the overall preparation. There is some room for improvements, at least. Period

3) It seems that the winner good had a very good leader with adequate MNC experience, supporter who are very detail oriented, as well as executer who will work according to the requirement. This perhaps are the best blend where neither one is more important that another, just everything at the correct ratio I order to maintain the dynamic and synergy.

4) This is a good lesson for me, learning about failure, learning about not been the best but only mediocrity. Learning that there is much higher and greater things and people with superior ability out there. It was only some baby steps for me thus far.

5) Suck it up and continue to improve and learn.

6) Next up for me will be to ponder on my career path.
