Reading, Writing, Communicating

1. There are many ways of communicating such as verbal communication either face to face, over the net or pay phone, texting or chatting, writing via email or letter; for the less fortunate one we have sign language and braille. 
2. As for the means of passing down knowledge, other than traditional classroom lesson, now we have more alternatives such as pre-recorded video, online classes that can be accessed from anywhere in the world of course the prerequisite is internet; e-books, short video and some other interactive class activities that can be carried out over the digital world.
3. And, of course, blogging is one of an effective way to put up ideas and thoughts, used to be a trend but yet to manifest into a norm, instead replace by simpler and faster platform like facebook, twitter and more recently like the moment in WeChat or Google +. 
4. Perhaps i am really old school, i still prefer reading the hardcopies and writing whenever possible. My writing had gradually replaced into typing which i felt it was much faster and can be conducted effortlessly.
5. I believe with the help of the technology, data can be readily processed into information and from then we build our knowledge. Knowledge management is a critical aspects for every organizations which aspire to achieve efficiency thus ensuring its sustainability. In general context, most of the firms in Malaysia perhaps already have reasonable data collection and filing system, but the weak link is on data extraction for meaningful information gathering and knowledge creation.
6. The core of knowledge creation very much depended on the user itself rather than weighing it all on the system. System is a tool to help us if only we have the necessary awareness and skill to use the tool. Corporate training first focuses on the hard skills such as project or time management, learning some new software or new system and then subsequently which is popular now to send their key personnel to soft skills training like stress management, leadership and team building, etc. 
7. Despite that all human are made up of the 23 pairs chromosomes but we are never born alike. Our look, our background, our like and dislike, our hobby might be similar but never on our awareness or generally people using the word like awakening or enlightenment. 
8. We have Emotional Quotient, Intelligent Quotient, Adversity Quotient, Creativity Quotient, Financially Intelligent Quotient to measure our capability. Only more recently we have Will IQ, Spiritual IQ, and Mental IQ. 
9. Funny enough, human just tried their very best to measure everything, so that they can have a control and a peace of mind. The truth is, the instance we try to measure it, we will tend to compare and establish our judgement on good or bad, high or low. The effect is very much the opposite. 
10. As we identify that we are superior or inferior, excellence or mediocre we are destined to experience the roller coaster ride of life. A peace of mind is only for those we truly wants it. 
11. I like reading and i like writing, both literally takes more time that other mode of communicating or learning such as watching video, chatting, texting or voice message. No special reason, just that i thought it train my patience and give me a room to organize my thoughts and thus establishing a peace of mind.
12. Knowledge creation is more than a mind thing, so that it can be transcended and help others to be more aware, awaken and enlighten in the process.
