Closed Deal

1) After so much of thrills, so long a time, so worry as it could be, finally luck is standing by my side for this moment, for me to ink that agreement.

2) Perhaps it's only 10% of what it really takes to buy a house and to own a home, but this is a very significant step for me.

3) All the effort of looking for houses throught the net, driving around, comparing and reading review, asking opinion, contacting the agents, viewing the area and finally the chosen one.

4) The process of S&P agreement signing, also the process of applying loan is not all smooth sailing for me. Owing to my car loan, my name was black-listed, I cannot put the blame 100% to my friends but each of us shares the responsibility equally. I'm truly sorry for all the trouble I have made my parent s gone through and sorry for myself.

4) People question me a lot , linking my decision of buying a house here and my future plans. I do not deny any links but nevertheless it doesn't promise anything either.

5) I was hoping to have a more organized life, a place where I can really feel home. To enjoy my life not confining to a small room and empty living hall.

6) Owning a house symbolize something for me. It symbolize commitment and more responsibility. It reminds me to act maturely and be more accountable for my own life and also life of thr poeple who I care for.

7) To make this house my home will requires many effort. Let's hope my dream will come true, let's pray my life will be better, most of all happier.

8) My soon told me; Life is like a graph, up u climb; down you go. It's periodic, nothing is permanent. We work hard and enjoy as much as we could, through the peak and trough.
