House ? Home ? and weekends special

1. Went to The Star Property Fair looking for any additional option regarding properties in Penang.
2. The price of houses are rocket high in recent years. I am really worried, especially for young graduates like us to own a home.
3. I have some considerations when it comes to buying a house. I am going to stay here permanently ? I do not have a spouse yet, am i buying a home for long or just a short term thing? Am i gonna settle down here? How about my family and friends?
4. These were all very heavy questions to ponder. Perhaps, i only needs to make it simple and clear? Just to get a convenient and comfortable house to stay? Regarding my future spouse and family, it's just to far to wonder and make any planning.
5. Finally i have finally come to some sense and details of my future house, regardless is an old or new house, location must be convenient, and also below 300k. The plan next is to get an agent to help me looking for my future house.
6. This weekends end with special gathering with my friend, Brendon. On the Saturdays, i went to Mengkuang Dam with my colleagues, and then Matta Fair and Property Fair with Kooi Wei and Mei Xian.
7. Sunday was relaxing, cleaning my room and doing my laundry, met up with Brendon and his parents , dinner with Uncle and family, finally me in Cyber Cafe to write this blog.
8. I have to do some recording about my weekends because i always fall short whenever people asking what i did over the weekends.
9. Matta fair was just a so so event. I was surprised how old PISA was. Many local travel agents, bank, and wedding studios setup booth in the fair. Hmm... my mind was playing with ideas and image of where to go next.... taiwan ? bali ? sounds good.. it all depends on my budget...
10. I met up with Brendon in SP and brought them to eat the famous Chili Roasted Pork. The meal was fairly priced. Later we went to a temple, worship 9 Emperor Gods. I went to ask about my life.
11. He told me a few things which i thought is very true. I have dual-personalities. That is all depends on me whether i want to do things in a way i want. He also said that i am a person which can really stands when people is scolding or lecturing. He said this is my strength. I didn't know this is a strength.
12. Third thing is, he said i am a person with very deep psychological thoughts. I can easily catch and understands what people trying to say. Also, i think what he meant was, i have very complex attitude as i am a thinker, who often times think too much.
13. Of course, the outcome of this meeting is encouraging. He told me 2012 mid year and above is good year for me, which is around the corner.
14. Good or bad year, it's actually on my hand to make it better or even greater.
15. Hopefully everyone, my family and friends are filled with happy and health.
